Nice hotel with good wi-fi, the location was great in the middle of jackson. The room was good value. Extremely comfy beds, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Location: the venue was not far from the nearby attractions and the old quarter and eateries;)))

The jewel in the crown was very friendly and affable staff. It was fine, cosy and with very comfy bed.

Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, we enjoyed leisurely strolls to local landmarks like the Saint Joseph Cathedral and Opera House. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. The spacious room and delicious breakfast contributed to a relaxing atmosphere that was perfect for family bonding. Despite a slight hiccup with the Ninh Binh tour, the hotel’s very nice hospitality, including a complimentary lunch, made our experience even more special.

One minor drawback was the occasional slow response from customer service when I had questions. Although it was not a significant issue, it did slightly hinder the convenience I had come to expect from the hotel.

I really expected more from my private tour, especially since we splurged on the pricey package. The guide was unhelpful and even insisted on cramming extra people into our boat. It just ruined the experience for everyone. Super frustrating!

It was just a good pick for a weekend in Hanoi with really good value. The staff were quick to help us with our suitcases and offered us coffee while we waited for our room.

The family suite was clean and spacious, and the staff were very good. Breakfast was a real highlight with a huge variety of both western and Vietnamese dishes. The location was perfect for exploring the old town on foot.

Light in internal rooms could benefit from blackout blinds!!! Shower facilities after check-out lack privacy!!! A more extensive waste management system for toiletries would be an environmentally friendly improvement!!!
